Meet Your Instructor

Thomas Gilliford

FNTP, BA
Structural Integration Practitioner

A practicing bodyworker since 2011 and FNTP since 2014, Thomas combines the practices of each to help people live their lives the way they want to. Thomas has been an instructor with the NTA since 2016 and is passionate about seeing students help to #reversethetrend of preventable poor health!

We may be a little biased, but we think Thomas' years of experience, proven record of success as an FNTP, and dedication to continued education is second-to-none! His commitment to equipping the next NTP's with this amazing skillset runs as deeply as his passion for reversing the trend of preventable poor health!

FCA Course Syllabus & Supplements

Please note, the syllabus is subject to change and the final version will be shared inside the Canvas classroom.

The FCA Supplement List is an optional list of supplements you can purchase if you are the type of student who enjoys a lot of hands-on practice to solidify your learning.

One of the unique features of the FCA is the Lingual Neural Testing process, which allows you to test which nutrients and/or supplements are best suited for a client’s unique needs.

While all the supplements you need for the In-Person Workshop are provided, it can be helpful to practice the FCA skills on yourself as you move through the online course material.

If that sounds like how you’d like to engage, then check out the top 10 list of supplements for the FCA program! This list represents the 10 most commonly supportive supplements that bring results in the LNT process.

NOTE: Not every supplement will work for every person, and there will be other supplements outside of this list that are important for different individuals—but these 10 supplements provide an excellent starting point and will be helpful for testing different points as you practice on yourself prior to the workshops.
