Award Recipient
Holly Thompson
My name is Holly, and I live with my husband and two pets in central Oklahoma!
I have been an RN for the last six years and have been serving underserved communities for the last four at a job that I love! Through my own health struggles and seeing the lack of preventative and root cause care in my time as a nurse, I started doing a lot of research and came across the NTA.
I just graduated in the September 2024 cohort as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I am so grateful for the opportunity. What I have learned has truly been life changing and I seek to get this information out to my patients, family, and friends any way I can. Everyone deserves access to and to feel empowered in their own healthcare. I think it is amazing that God created the details of nutrients in specific foods and in nature that nourish and heal our bodies as well as medicine when we need it. When I’m not nursing, I love spending time with friends and family, walking our dog, doing college ministry alongside my husband, and trying out new recipes! I’m excited to continue learning and see what doors God opens for me in this next season!
